We begin our 3-day shared desert tour from Marrakech to Merzouga with an early pick-up from your accommodation in Marrakech or the airport. The trip takes you through the majestic High Atlas Mountains and the scenic Tizi-n-Tichka Pass. Along the way, enjoy panoramic views and stops for photographs. Our first major stop is the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified village and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is also a well-known location for filming TV series. After exploring Ait Ben Haddou, we head to Ouarzazate, known as the “Gateway to the Desert,” for lunch. We will travel through the beautiful Oasis of Skoura, known for its palm groves, and then pass the Rose Valley. Finally, we will arrive at Boumalne Dades, where you will have dinner and spend the night in a lovely riad in the Dades Valley.
