Day 1:Marrakech – High Atlas mountains – Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou – Kasbah Taourirt – Ouarzazate

Our 5-day tour begins in Marrakech after the pickup from your accommodation as we cross the High Atlas Mountains via the breathtaking Tizi n’Tichka pass. Along the way, we visit Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO-listed fortress famous for its mud-brick architecture and as a film location for movies like Gladiator and Game of Thrones. After lunch, we continue to Ouarzazate, known as the “Gateway to the Desert” and home to the Atlas Film Studios. We also explore the Kasbah of Taourirt before heading to our comfortable hotel for dinner and rest.

Day 2:Ouarzazate – Skoura Palm groves – Kasbah Amridil – Rose Valley – Boumalne Dades

Enjoy an orientation walk of Zurich’s OLD TOWN, Switzerland’s center of banking and commerce. Then, leave Zurich and start your Swiss adventure. You’ll quickly discover that Switzerland isn’t just home to the Alps, but also to some of the most beautiful lakes. First, stop at the foot of the Jura Mountains in the picturesque town of Biel, known as Bienne by French-speaking Swiss, famous for watch-making, and explore the historical center. Next, enjoy a scenic drive to lakeside Neuchâtel, dominated by the medieval cathedral and castle. Time to stroll along the lake promenade before continuing to stunning Geneva, the second-largest city in Switzerland, with its fantastic lakeside location and breathtaking panoramas of the Alps.

Day 3:Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Merzouga Sahara – Camel trek – Stay in a luxury camp

Today, we visit the amazing Todra Gorges, where giant red cliffs stand beside a clear river. After exploring, we travel toward the Sahara Desert, passing through Erfoud, a town known for fossils and sweet dates. In the afternoon, we reach Merzouga and go on camels across the golden sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. We watch a magical sunset before arriving at our desert camp. There, we enjoy Berber music by the campfire, eat a tasty Moroccan dinner, and sleep in comfortable tents under a sky full of stars.

Day 4:Merzouga – Nomads Famillies – Khamlia – Erg Chebbi dunes – Palm Grove

We recommend waking up early to see the beautiful sunrise over the golden dunes. After breakfast, we ride our camels back to Merzouga, where the driver awaits us. Today, we explore the desert life. We visit an ancient eyeliner mine, where people used to get black powder for makeup. Then, we meet nomadic families, share mint tea with them, and learn about their simple way of living. In Khamlia village, we listen to Gnaoua music, a special type of African drumming. After lunch, we walk through a palm grove, a peaceful place with green trees in the middle of the desert. We also stop by Flamingo Lake, where pink flamingos sometimes gather. After a long day of exploring, we enjoyed a nice dinner and slept in a comfortable hotel in Merzouga.

Day 5:Merzouga desert – Midelt – Cedars forest – Ifrane – Fes

On the last day of our 5-day tour from Marrakech to Fes, we start with a tasty breakfast at the hotel. Then, we leave the desert and head to Rissani, an old trading town.
